We had the pleasure working in collaboration with the Incredible Exec Chef for their Vacheron Constantine event at Chisholm Hunter on Princess Street last month.
Our brief was simple. Create and serve up 3 incredible cocktails for their loyal customer base to enjoy during the event.
We arrive suited and booted and ready to impress. After a quick set up we were ready to shake up some tasty cocktail creations.
Smoked Old Fashioned
(ice rinsed with Talisker Storm Whisky) Bacardi 8 y.o. Rum was stirred down over ice with demarara syrup and chocolate bitters. Finished with an orange twist.
Gin Basil Smash
Tanqueray Gin mixed with fresh pressed lime juice, fresh basil, simple sugar syrup and club soda water.
Hazelnut Espresso Martini
Stolichnaya Vodka shaken up with coffee liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, fresh espresso coffee and sugar syrup.
The night was a roaring success. The cocktails were extremely well received,as usual, and we enjoyed working from the amazing bar they have in store made from solid oak with marble bar top which is overlooked by the imposing Edinburgh Castle.
