Virtual Cocktail Making This Christmas 

Inspired by lockdown, our award-winning cocktail experiences have now been brought online. Following a very similar format to our in-person classes, we teach you how to make three great cocktails which cover the essential techniques of mixology. Classes last around 60 minutes. All you have to do is grab the ingredients and some kitchen essentials listed below and we catch you online at your chosen time. Classes are charge at a flat rate of £199.50 with up to a maximum of 15 people per session.

All the cocktails have been cleverly designed so you can use any white spirit (vodka, rum, gin) and can also be enjoyed as non alcoholic versions.

  • Mule Thyme: Vodka/Gin/Rum mixed with plums, thyme, fresh lime, sugar and ginger beer.

  • Rosemary Collins: Vodka/Gin/Rum mixed with rosemary, mint, fresh lime, sugar and soda water.

  • Festive Pornstar; Vodka/Gin/Rum mixed with passionfruit juice, pomegranate juice, fresh lime, vanilla sugar and aqua fab. 

  • Cocktail Shaker or Any Sealed Container Like A Smoothie Bottle 

  • Spirit Measure or an Egg Cup 

  • Knife and Chopping Board 

  • Muddler or Rolling Pin 

  • Bar Spoon or Tablespoon 

  • Highball x 2 or Tall Water Glass x 2

  • Martini Glass x 1 or Small Wine Glass x 1

  • 6 Shots of Either Gin, Vodka, or Rum. Each Cocktail Can Use Any of These Spirits. So It's Down to Preference.

  • Pack of Thyme, Rosemary and Mint.

  • 4 Fresh Limes (softer the better) and 2 Plums

  • 1 Carton of Passionfruit Juice, 1 Carton Pomegranate 

  • 1 Small Bottle of Ginger Beer and 1 Bottle Soda Water 

  • 1 Small Bag Sugar, 1 Small Bag Vanilla Sugar and 1 Can of Chcikpeas 

  • For Non Drinkers Grab a Carton of Apple Juice

  • 1 x 2kg Bag of Cubed Ice (very important)
